Returns & Refund Policy

At Lowkey Stock LLC, we take pride in providing authentic trading cards and collectible products to collectors around the world. Due to the collectible nature of our products and the constantly changing market for trading cards, all sales are generally considered final. Please review this policy before placing an order.
General Return Policy
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final once an order has been placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on:
- Pull rates or pack contents.
- Receiving unwanted cards.
- Market value changes.
- Buyer remorse.
- Changes in product availability.
- Manufacturer print quality.
- Grading expectations.
- Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect the integrity of the sealed product.
Trading cards are collectible products with randomized contents. Lowkey Stock LLC cannot guarantee specific cards, inserts, autographs, relics, parallels, or grading outcomes.
Eligible Returns
We may approve a return or replacement if:
- You received the wrong product.
- Your order arrived with significant shipping damage.
- Your order is missing an item.
- You received a duplicate item due to an error on our part.
- We shipped a product different from what was ordered.
All requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Condition Requirements
If a return is approved, products must:
- Remain unopened and factory sealed.
- Be in the same condition in which they were received.
- Include all original packaging and accessories.
- Be returned using any instructions provided by Lowkey Stock LLC.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened booster packs.
- Opened booster boxes.
- Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs) that have been opened.
- Opened blaster boxes.
- Opened hobby boxes.
- Opened collector boxes.
- Mystery products.
- Clearance or final sale merchandise.
- Gift cards.
- Digital products.
- Products marked "Final Sale."
- Any product with a broken factory seal.
Factory Imperfections
Trading card manufacturers occasionally produce products with cosmetic imperfections. Examples include:
- Off-centering.
- Print lines.
- Surface scratches.
- Roller marks.
- Minor edge wear.
- Factory wrapper imperfections.
- Loose shrink wrap.
- Manufacturing defects.
These issues originate during production and are not considered shipping damage or defects for purposes of returns or refunds. Lowkey Stock LLC cannot guarantee that sealed products contain cards suitable for professional grading.
Shipping Damage
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Photograph the shipping box before opening it.
- Photograph all damaged contents.
- Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Retain all packaging materials until your claim has been reviewed.
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may delay or prevent claim approval.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they enter processing or fulfillment. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled. If an order has already shipped, it falls under this Returns & Refund Policy.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order products are subject to our separate Pre-Order Policy. Manufacturer release dates, product allocations, and distributor shipments may change without notice. Once inventory has been allocated to your order, cancellations may not be permitted except where required by applicable law.
Refused Deliveries
Customers who refuse delivery or fail to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may be responsible for:
- Return shipping charges.
- Carrier handling fees.
- Customs processing fees.
- Any non-refundable shipping costs.
Refunds, if applicable, will be reduced by these expenses.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution. Packages marked as successfully delivered by the carrier may require additional investigation before any replacement or refund is considered.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing typically occurs within 5-10 business days after approval.
- Financial institutions may require additional time before funds appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.
Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute. Lowkey Stock LLC maintains detailed order records, including shipment tracking, carrier delivery confirmations, payment verification, and other transaction information to assist in resolving disputes.
